Mission Statement
Informatics Cricket exists to allow all members of Informatics (staff, students, associates and visitors) to play social games of Cricket in the summer. The emphasis is on playing for fun, rather than winning at all costs.

We Aim to:
1. Select opposition of as similar standard to ourselves as possible and who have a similar desire to play social cricket.
2. Encourage players new to the sport to get involved and play games.
3. Be non profit. We need to charge match fees to cover the cost of hiring pitches etc. Any money we collect over and above that will be used to improve the kit. Some equipment will need to be replaced each year to keep the kit in good order.
4. Meet the needs of our players. If folk have good ideas for games, opposition, events or whatever.......
